Tacos & Tamales

Main Street Union City is excited to present “Tacos & Tamales” in Kiwanis Park on Sat., Oct. 7, 2023. This event is a fundraiser for Main Street Union City, as well as an opportunity to bring awareness to the Hispanic Heritage that is within our community.
Enjoy local vendors selling delicious, authentic Hispanic foods, drinks and desserts throughout Kiwanis Park in downtown Union City. There will also be food trucks lined up serving delicious tacos, tamales and other dishes. Bonus: there will be a mechanical bull this year! Bring your appetite, because you are going to want to try a little bit of everything!
Schedule of Events for Tacos & Tamales:
4 p.m. Gates Open
5 – 5:30 p.m. Presentation of Danza de los Viejitos
6 – 7:30 p.m. Los Amigos Mariachi Band Performs
9 p.m. Event Concludes
Admission: $5 per person / Children 3 and under are free
Please remember to bring cash for this event. No credit cards or checks.
Two Entrances: You may enter the event at the corner of Depot Street and Washington Avenue or at the corner of Depot Street and Church Street.

Event Notes:
-Most small vendors are cash only. Larger vendors will accept cards.
-No outside food or drink.
-Must present valid 21+ ID for purchase of alcohol.

-There are public restrooms in the park.
-No pets.
